Role:

Level 2 – School/College Coordinators

Role:

Step-by-Step Execution Plan
Step 1 – Principal Engagement
- Send invitation to Principals to join the Future-Proofing Ambassador Program
- Provide Ambassador registration form
- Issue Ambassador Certificate and ID
Step 2 – Appointment of School Coordinator
Each Principal appoints:
• 1 Coordinator
• 1 Career Counselor
• 1 Focal Person
Responsibilities include managing registrations and awareness activities.
Step 3 – Coordinator Orientation
Provide short training covering:
- Overview of Olympiad programs
- Financial Intelligence and Cyber Awareness themes
- Registration process
- Referral system and incentives
School Promotion Activities
Coordinators organize:
School Assembly Introduction
10-minute introduction to students about:
- Financial Intelligence
- Cyber Safety
- Future career skills
Classroom Presentations
Short presentations explaining:
- Olympiad benefits
- Registration process
Parent Communication
Share information through:

Registration Process
Students register through:

🗓 Before Exam Day
✅ Receive paper soft copy (1 day before).
✅ Print enough copies for all registered students.
📅 Exam Day
🕙 Time: 60 mins – 50 MCQs (physical paper).
1️⃣ Start on time – distribute papers & answer sheets.
2️⃣ Send 10 short videos (10 sec each):

3️⃣ Maintain discipline – no mobiles, no cheating.
